My friend just bought a used side by side. The bottom partially of the freezer freezes, but the top half of it is at 30-40 degree F.
Same with the fridge slice, lower half is well-mannered while the top is around 50 degrees F. Thanks within advance.

Check that the door seal is airtight. Put a contracted piece of paper contained by between the door inside and out. then shut door. if you can verbs the paper out smoothly while door is shut, you need to adjust the hinge or if that fails acquire a new stamp. hope this helps.
