I have a techumseh enginge on my snow blower. I am getting absolutly no spark at the spark plug. I held it to the side of the engine and pulled the cord and i still hold no spark. I was wondering if within is a way i can audition if the magneto is bad. I aslo ring out the wire and it is okay.

Now here's where we don't know what type ignition system you enjoy. (Breaker point system or solid state ignition) If you have breaker points, they may obligation replacing. If you have a solid state ignition system, the coil wants to be replaced.
