Shower doesn't seize hot!!? The water contained by my shower just doesn't bring hot these days....

The water contained by my shower just doesn't bring hot these days. I crank it adjectives the way to the hot side, and it's still scarcely warm. All the faucets contained by the house get really hot hose, but not the tub/shower. Any ideas why this could be? It's really cold out, and I'd approaching something more than a sorta warm shower. Info that might support: I live in a condo/townhouse built surrounded by 1969, and the shower is upstairs, the water boiler is downstairs. I've looked at the water furnace to see if there's a way to turn up the heat, but I don't see anything. Thanks for your help!!
Answers:    Could be cause by several things. If this is a new place for you, it could be because the shower is equipped next to a scald-guard or scald-protection faucet. Faucets like this are set by the user to not know how to be turned up beyond a certain heat to prevent burns on children or the elderly. Many times these style of faucets have a couple of adjustable clips or other apparatus underneath the handle to adjust the maximum warmth setting. Another possibility is if it's a single handled faucet, or "mixing valve", the guts of the faucet may be worn and allowing not satisfactory hot water or too much cold marine flow. If that's the case, a simple and cheap restructure kit for the faucet can most credible be obtained at a local hardware store, home amendment warehouse, etc. The fact that you achieve good hot hose down at the rest of the faucets suggest that the problem lies with your tub/shower faucet, so adjust the temperature setting on your marine heater will not be a cost efficient way to fix your problem.
Does the shower own its individual turn off stopcock and have you checked to see if it is plain?
Is the faucet working correctly, maybe it requirements to be changed.
