Should my outdoor heat unit blow surrounded by the winter? a/c hvac? I have gas warmness for my stove and indoor heat....A couple neighbors...

I have gas warmness for my stove and indoor heat....A couple neighbors asked why my outdoor component was blowing nouns (fan turning) during the winter because they thought it shouldn't do that...Should it be doing that? (as my heat is on inside)
My goggles enjoy no skrews and they're adjectives...
Answers:    you may own a heatpump with a gas stern up. Turn the thermostat 2 degrees above room heat and see if the outdoor unit is running lacking the gas burner lit inside. Turn the thermostat 5 degrees above room warmth and see if the gas burner lights

your thermostat could be wired wrong,and when the gas heat go on by the thermostat it might be turning on your condenser.
