I have a moderately new build (almost 2 years) near a well and every very soon and then I see sediment contained by one of the toilets just sitting at the bottom. I also enjoy found it in one of my sinks.Is this commonplace?
I would speak check your filter
It may be that after a precipitation you get more sediment wash into the well crust and then pumped into the house lines. If it is not regular it shoudn't be a problem.
Or it might develop when you need to loose change the filter on your incoming water vein. It's easy to forget the filter.

there are filter for the whole house but not well-mannered if there is closely of sediment
if there is plentifully the I would suggest a bag filter. The loads are fairly cheap and reusable they wont do much for taste/ odor but will be great for takeing out particle that come up from the bottom of the well
