Answers:    Is the seal underneath the " potty " upon which your comode sits broken or ruptured ? Is there blockage of some type within the pipe which leads to the septic reservoir or sewer ? If on septic tank have it been cleaned just this minute? Sometimes if the wind is blowing from a direction it may be taking the gas which escapes from the standpipe and redirect it into the house.

If you have a septic reservoir, time to get it cleaned. Otherwise try to locate whether it is coming from the drain within the tub or sink, if it is try dumping some baking soda down the drain and add of late a little bit of hose, let set for awhile and rinse all right with hot hose down....
