I have removed adjectives the screws/nails and am left beside holes all over our bare coat plaster over wallboard walls. Do people usually a short time ago leave these as is or do they repair prior to moving out?
since your house has already sold and the up to date buyers did not ask for the walls to be repainted or repaired i would do nothing . they will probably hold it done themselves.sometimes touch ups are worse than the holes depending on how old your paint is or if you smoke inside or hold gas heat

It would be better if you packed them so they aren't as noticeable or you may enjoy trouble selling your place. And depending on when you last painted, it might be nice to fresh coat everything so it have a crisp, new look, otherwise your patch drawing might not look too good surrounded by the eyes of a buyer.

Good luck.
Answers:    Not unless you are prepared to paint the walls also. Unless the paint on the walls is technically new repairing a small hole and spot fine art will look much worse than doing nothing. Also, likelihood are the new owners will want to repaint everything anyway!
