Sanitation see: who should I name? A renter who moved out recently clogged the toilet while I was...

A renter who moved out recently clogged the toilet while I was gone and never did anything nearly it. He appears to have used it several times after clogging it and there is a polite deal of excrement sitting in the bowl.

I realize this is a pretty severe strength hazard and I'm not sure who I should call to transport care of it. Would a plumber handle this big-hearted of problem?
I would get a hold of him and make available him the chance to unclog it with a plunger and verbs it after, or forsake the deposit.

If he decides he didn`t do this, take a picture to prove why you are keeping his deposit within case you need to prove it after that when he files a complaint.

Ever try a toilet "snake" it will clear most toilets of clogs & foregin objects. Just put it in affix twist down-ward untill it's completely extended. then verbs back up (like roto-rooter for your toilet)

There's the link, if it's too much for that later call the pumber.
Good-Luck!
Answers:    A plumber will handle it, although he might charge extra. Many will give free estimates.

(I assume you decision to not handle this yourself, with a plunger or drain snake; try a hurried search for either if you are unknown.)

What a jerk-- certainly keep his protection deposit (I hope you have his...), as this is just the type of situation such deposits are designed to cover.

Be sure to hit the bowl with bleach and a good toilet scrub brush afterwards. Unless the circle of the problem is more than I'm imagining... I wouldn't worry too much in the order of it being a critical sanitation hazard-- it is a toilet afterwards.

Good luck, sorry to hear of your crappy situation : )
