In Russian Federation it's a common practice that the municipals cut stale hot water for a week surrounded by the end of every spring and a unbroken month in summer. I intuitively, as mostly Russians, live in an apartment and enjoy no possibility of heating marine in big quantity, only 7-10 litres within cooking pans... Also it's singular plus 6 outside, and the bataries are as cold as ice within the South Pole))), until October - lucky am I having portable grease heater... Yuck...
