I'm tired of spending good money to unclog the bathroom pipes contained by this old home I'm renting, especially when they're nil but very cruel chemicals that will eventually fing their way into the groung and ground wet. Is there a risk-free AND effective path to handle this problem?
Answers: If it is of late the tub or bath sink, simply remove the stopper and verbs out the hair next to needle trunk pliers, and replace the stopper.
If it is further down the line, try a small sink plunger available at Lowe's for going on for 3 dollars.
Anything more than this should be the responsibility of the owner.
I maintain 364 apartments on a on a daily basis basis and communicate all my residents NOT to use any drain cleaners. But a bit call us.
Good luck.
Try Draincare by Zep. It is an enzyme cleaner. Enzymes cling to and devour organic clogs. Caustic drain cleaners get through a hole in the clog and walk down to the main drainlines, departure a partial clog to start the process all over again. Enzymes are like peas in a pod thing that septic tank use to clear the water of solids. Safe for adjectives drain systems. many hardware and Home Centers convey it.
