Just noticed a tile have slid off due to soaring winds. It's a large roof,but tile just above flat roofed extension. I know its not a big duty to replace - but I'm not going up there! How much should I pay cheque in SEast?
Answers: you probably will settle up close to lb100 ..but the builder has expenses including public liability ..and trust me on this as i own done it hundreds of times ...when your up there and the loop is howling you really do say to yourself ..is it worth it!...if your house is fifty years antediluvian or newer then don't verbs as there should be feel underneath and the roof should not leak ..but logically you will still need to fix it latter
around 5k for a decent undertaking
