my roof didnt leak during or right after the storm but it is leak now. what would lead to the delayed reaction?
Answers: Water can sometimes cart awhile to follow the structural members until it finds a hole to come within through. If it was not long repaired, was this overrun in the proximity of the repair? If so, name the roofer back, his patch may not own held properly.
Sounds like it took the sea a bit of time to locate a weak/bad spot to flow into. Is the roof new?
