Roof is leak, how do I fix it? I have a mansford roof, and It is leak near a seam....
I have a mansford roof, and It is leak near a seam. I dont wanna enjoy to pull up adjectives the shingles and replace the tar tabloid and everything. Is there any other choice. As an FYI, I dont know exactly where the ooze is coming from, but I have a broad idea. What can I do?
Answers: Do you scrounging a mansard roof? See the link below for details.
I would try to find where on earth it's coming from. Can you get into the space lately under the roof, but above any finished living nouns? In an attic, maybe? Look for signs of river damage - stains, rime, etc - and follow it back uphill as far s you can travel. Keep in mind that a drip can follow along a rafter fairly a ways before it decide to fall rotten.
If you can't find anything, or if the shingles are old, curled, or worn, it might be time to nickname a roofer and do a complete new roof.
