I recently moved into a home beside a tankless water oven. When my husband or I take a shower, the hose down goes from boiling hot to freezing cold and pay for again several times without touching the hit handle. Does anyone know what the problem is or how to fix it? It is a relatively tentative system (3 years) and was lately inspected. The temp is set on 125 degrees F.
Answers: There is a problem near the temp/flow switch. It is best to call a professional. Describe the problem, and bestow them all the numbers (model and serial) beforehand they come out. That way the tech should hold the correct parts when he comes out.
i've heard dutiful and bad roughly speaking these heaters, 1st ?, is someone else useing hot water somewhere surrounded by the house. that could be part of your trouble, i.e. your within the shower and hubby decide to do dishes or a nouns of laundry. may turn it up a bit more, too.
