i still have this rodent on my boat,origanly i have three mouse traps each set near a bit of cheese on them,the traps had be set off and the cheese be gone,NOW i got three rat traps put cheese on one of them and put chocolate on the other two,i in a minute went down to the boat three days latter and found that the traps had not be set off and the cheese and chocolate is still contained by the origanal positions,what do you think,the boat is big,the country house the traps are set in is 29 ft x12 ft approx it have water tight bulkheads,further astern have the engine room,then strore room,

Answers:    He may enjoy either found something to put away that is easier to get hold of to or he left. Rodents are almost blind but are really clever and can find a process out of a room without anyone figure out how they did it. On your traps, though, go next to peanut butter instead of cheese. They can smell it better and can't resist it. If he is still on the boat, peanut butter will do the trick.
