I have a double pane arched window 70 inches across. The inner pane of chalice has developed a large crack that runs from top to bottom vertically. I would similar to to have it repaired and have three question before I have someone come out to provide me as estimate. 1. Is it possible to just replace the glass lacking replacing or taking out the whole window? 2. If so - what would be a likely estimate of cost? 3. How long does a job like that usually pocket? ( I ask because we have rain almost every other afternoon lately.) Thanks in advance for any info you can contribute to help me make an informed verdict..

Answers:    If it is just a crack then try this. Go to AutoZone and but a couple windshield crack repair kit, read the directions. Or you might get a little artistic and paint or own someone paint a picture or print a picture on clear window film and cover the crack for a full lot cheaper and come out ahead with some art in your porthole. I know pros cost a lot they have to guzzle and the gov.org needs brand new levy $$ to ride around in lol!!
