My old existing 6 ft. wood stockade-type privacy balustrade has see its last days.

I am have it replaced by a friend who does odd job and needs the work. What should I retribution him?

He doesn't have to guess anything and most of the old posts are still right.

I might even be able to gain away with lately replacing a few slats and saving the outmoded panels.

There will be 15-18 complete panel to replace , 2 will need to be cut (he have a saw for that) and a gate, including the hardware.

I am buying the materials.
