Repairs contained by raised/elevated dishwashers.? I am thinking about installing the dishwasher raise off the floor...
I am thinking about installing the dishwasher raise off the floor contained by my kitchen remodel. But I am curious what the repairpeople think something like that idea? I know it would be virtuous for MY back, but if it needed repairing consequently what? Thanks!
Answers: Hi, It isn't a bad impression. Just be sure to have hoses (fill/drain) long ample so the dishwasher can be unmounted from cabinet & set on floor for service. Some models need to be unmounted for any service. The drain will definetly necessitate an air/syphon break. Good luck.
Generally theses installations are OK. What you must remember is to variety sure there is ample room to the underside of the section, IE, no moldings or paneling in front of the see plate/access panel. What do you think almost the new dishwasher dish drawers? These come within 1 or 2 drawer styles. not much bending to load the upper drawer. They're more expensive but use terrifically little water and punch.
