Repairing cracks surrounded by wall corners?? We have an elder home that went through a flood a year...

We have an elder home that went through a flood a year ago ....
Shortly after.... and for almost 2 months we noticed cracks contained by the corners of the dry wall in a few rooms.
I am presently going to paint and wanted to know what would be the BEST filler to put surrounded by the grooves/cracks ??
Is there something to be precise like an "Elastic" type compound that would work ??
Thanks so much for any thoughts ~ Teri
Answers:    The best filler alone won't fix the problem. You involve to re tape the corner and after fill. If the problem is cause by serious shifting you will also be wise to stabilize the corners beside angle. Taping should suffice.
You can use "joint compound"..... smooth it out near a putty knife. Then consent to it dry. Then get a sand sponge to smooth it out flush with the existing painted drywall. Once sand wipe the area witha towel and re-paint over and you should be fine!
