Answers: The best thing I hear to use was a potato AFTER you unplug it or turn sour the electricity.
If you don't have access to a potato( I know..most ethnic group have one contained by their pocket) , unplug lamp or if recessed lights ,switch the breaker stale and use a small face cloth and sympathetically grip the filament (middle) and try that. If have small pliers you can wrap the gripping fragment in cartridge and try to lightly remove bulb that track.
