Refrigerator problem within my RV working too in good health!? My refrigerator in my RV be not cooling enough so I checked...

My refrigerator in my RV be not cooling enough so I checked the instruction manual and the manufacturer suggested to reset it. I did and very soon its cooling just fine...too fine! Everything freezes surrounded by there so presently I have 2 freezers instead of one refrigerator and a freezer. I checked near the manufacturer and they said it is impossible...so I checked adjectives the possible causes similar to the thermosta (which is at its lowest temperature) or the pipes behind the refrigerator...everything is ok...I a moment ago cant make it cool right, it freezes to bricks everything. Any accepted wisdom?
Answers:    turn up the T-stat, the cooled air enter the freezer first then after warm up by absorbing BTU's from the freezer's contents it moves to the refrigerator section. But it might be defective charge surrounded by the system because it is designed to be critically charged with a specific amount of refrigerant., but if thats the grip it would eventually break the compressor. Also if the freezer is empty that might crumple the refrigerator a little bit but that shouldn't be the issue. I would turn up the T-stat and step from there.
