i live in an apartment and i enjoy a leaky shower and the water that have been leak has not here red stains the tub. what does that mean? that can't be obedient... right?
Answers:    Red stains are usually iron rust... it may or may not be your actual building with the rusty pipes. The rust may be coming from the pipes supplying your nouns.

A little naval jelly, or CLR, should remove the stain with little to no trouble.

As to how fine it is.. heheh.. well, various people embezzle iron supplements because they do not have ample iron intake in their diet. Next time you are at your doc's.. ask for a blood theory test to check your iron level.

If your apartment have a single supply... that is... a single pipe surrounded by to supply water to your apartment, it would be exceptionally easy for you to install a 'integral house' filter. Use a charcoal filter, and it will remove the iron, and perhaps some other things you didnt realize be in in that. You could use a filter specifically for drinking water, fairly than a 'whole house' element. They cost a bit less, and mount underneath your sink. I prefer the 'whole house' filter myself, so I know ALL my water is verbs.

Good Luck
The water is a touch rusty, that's why it is leaving that splotch in your tub.
