How do I read my meter? Do I round up to the next number or not? For example, if it's between the 3 and 4, will the electric company write down a 3 or 4?
Answers: rounding is expendable. If a dial is between 3 and 4 it's a 3. It is on its way to becoming a 4 lately like the hour paw on a clock can be between numbers.
