I asked earlier where on earth people tho rt the discharge was coming from but can see I did not donate enough info.
I live on the first floor( five floors surrounded by building) and woke to find running running down my bedroom walls. It goes adjectives round the room and is nearly toching the light bulb surrounded by the middle of the ceiling.
It is also running down two walls in the bathroom.
There is no hose down tank surrounded by my flat so I do not know what is happening.
I go to the lady above me and her floor is soaking.
It sems to be coming from nearby but we do not have hose down tanks within our flats.
What do you think is the grounds.
PS: Is the housing association liable for the damage as I do not hold insurance.

Answers: I still speak a broken pipe....call housing in a jiffy. Not sure about the liability issue though....
It sounds resembling a water dash is busted. You need to send for the fire department to help you. The ceiling could come down on you. It could also start a fire. This is a markedly dangerous situation and you dont want to be sitting on the puter. GET OUT
