have u ever have rats in ur house formerly?? we just notice last week that we in actuality have tentative residents at home.. we bought some of those snap traps right but they dont really work.. im so sick of them making noises at dark.. what else can we do to trap them?? :(
our house is not dirty.. we actually only did some general cleaning around the house.. we painted and everything.. cleaned every corner.. ;(
and also.. how do u procure them traps to work properly?

Answers: Rodents come in when its cold or drizzly or they think they might find something to chomp through.
Mint... mice and rats hate mint!!! Put drops of it on cotton ball and put it everywhere, in cupboards, lower than the sink, behind the couch...overrun any holes you have near steel wool, pour some mint extract or oil on the steel wool for added deterent.
Bait your traps near peanut butter and tie a stout string to the trap and tie it to something in bag the rodent runs under the fridge after getting snapped and is still alive.
Get a cat, or a rat terrier... borrow someones if you can't own them/ don't want a lifetime pet, sometimes just the smell of a pet can chase them away.
Bait them outside, try to draw them elsewhere.
I know this isn't probably possible..but I'd move!!
