i live in an upper horizontal and there is an awful odor at the entry door (at ground level). it merely goes up almost 5 or 6 steps, then go away. the building is on a slab and no central nouns is available. no floor drains nearby any. can anyone tell me what this smell is?
Answers: Sounds close to a dead mouse within the wall or under the steps. If so afterwards the smell will go away contained by a few weeks, or you could try to find the dead mouse and remove it if at all possible.
Perhaps you have a sewer in the neighbourhood by. Or a dead animal putrid.
