We are looking at homes to buy. Can anyone tell me some pros and cons of buying a house beside hot water bake?
mw's right, hot hose down heat is simplified, quiet and long lived. The lone con I can think of is that if you want Air Conditioning, you still stipulation a ducted system installed.
Hope this helps.

GAS GAS GAS GAS!!!...
a gas dampen heater cost 100-150 more than electric
but you will obtain that back surrounded by a few months and save thousands contained by the next 4 years
and that go for all 240 appliances that could be gas instead
I am a electrician and I still suggest gas
and those foot board heaters will cost you in the long run
cost times the number of heaters will be elevated that was some ones low cost sudden fix to there problem of no furnace or nonworking furnace
Answers:    My old home have a boiler system for heating. The advantages next to such a sytem is that they tend to be more energy well-run, they also tend to not dry your house out in the winter since the baseboards radiate boil throughout the home rather than have vents blowing hot dry nouns through the home. Boilers are fairly trouble-free to maintain and concluding longer than forced air furnaces, but replacement of a boiler is significantly more. When we have our boiler replaced we opted for a highefficiency model that connected to a dampen heater so the boiler also provided the heat for our hot water.
