Problems next to our current home? My wife and i just bought a house and we only moved...
My wife and i just bought a house and we only moved in this weekend. we found some problems. There around 4 eletric outlet that dont work, the boiler is leaking and will most potential need a bright pressure tank, the hot river dosent work good within the tub and the walls around the shower need to be replaced. Is at hand any way to take teh former owner to pay for these or are we stuck becasue everything is signed? We get an FHA loan to buy the house and afte rthey inspected it, they said the foundation had to be painted so we did that out of our pocket since we bought the house. But on teh same inspection report it lists the shower walls that entail to be replaced. We just get a copy if the inspection report after we moved in. Do we own any recourse our are we stuck fixing these things ourselves?
Answers: you're joking right? ownership is 9/10 of the directive
during the inspection they should have told you adjectives the problems and you should not have signed until something be agreed upon. I'd say it's mode of your problem now. My mortgage company would not even permit us sign until the inspection came rear legs. I would not have required to anyway. I'd say your stuck!
