After installing my new thermostat and getting it to run, I don't similar to how its controlling the furnace. Its doing a double run each time the warmth comes on. First its an intense afterburn effect in the furnace burning much innate gas at once, and the line running into the furnace vibrate, along with the devotee I think, and can be hear from the basement. This last for about a few moments next it shuts off and turns right hindmost on and seems to run nomal minus the intense flames or vibration this last for a few momnets as well, next its done until the cycle repeats itself.

Maybe I didn't adjust the fuel electric switch correctly on the thermostat. And the thermostat and furnace are both running the fan.

Answers:    Maybe you a short time ago answered your own question. It sounds close to the furnace is not starting on low fire like it should. Double check your electrical system connections on the thermostat. I would be inclined to phone a technician
