Problem beside the voltage on my A/C contained by my house for the blower lover, solely putting out 82 volts? I have a carrier ac part in my house and when...

I have a carrier ac part in my house and when it cycles through and goes to the blower motor on the motherboard it merely puts out 82 to both of them. So i took off the wire and attached it to 120 volts and it turned on fine. So the problem is why is that solitary putting on 82 volts or is it suppose to and the problem is the motor is going bad?

What variety of electrical receptacle is this?
Answers:    the motor requires 120 volts.. so its not the motor.
the circuit board may be your problem.
