After flushing, air bubbles come up, marine fills up the bowl completely, drains slowly, and once drained the bowl is nearly completely unoccupied. We've plunged it, used a snake, but problem still persists. We're on a septic system. The toilet surrounded by question is downstairs. There's a holding tank/pump...pump seem not to be working. I say this because in general you can hear the pump shut itself off after the toilet is flushed and after you turn stale the shower- however, it's not making that noise immediately after the toilet is flushed. We turned the shower on and off, and the pump isn't making the resonance it makes when the shower is shut rotten. Could there be a clog contained by the pipe somewhere that is cause this pump not to work? Or could it be that the toilet/pipes aren't clogged but the pump has simply stopped working or is broken?
We have like peas in a pod set up and I do believe you need your container pumped out. Once every three years is common. You will own to have that pump checked out but if it is adjectives clogged up would it need to run?
time to get your reservoir pumped, and the leach field checked for drainage and percolation.
afterwards, its a suitable idea to periodically append enzymes into the system to keep things working as they should. Grease, butter, motor oil, and such, verbs or inhibit the digestive process of the septic tank system. ascendant many times to the sort of problem you are in a minute having.
It may be that your problem is purely having the septic container pumped out.
If it is the leach field, It will imagined have to be removed and a unknown gravel leach installed, after modifying drainage and percolation problems
Answers: This is a strange scenario.....I am assuming your pump/tank assembly is BELOW the septic tank...hence the judgment for the pump in the first place. Since the toilet and shower eventually drain...the pump must be working to some level. If the pump was toally broken...the holding reservoir containing the pump would fill up thus not allowing anymore shelter into the the tank and you would be powerless to flush the toilet......IE the water have nowhere to go. So..if this is the bag you have 3 possible cause. We will assume the rest of your house drains normally...(ie toilets on the fundamental level) Case one......clog in dischage chain either to pump from toilet or from pump to septic. If this is the luggage remove the toilet and inspect from underneath. At this point you could also pour a bowl equivalent of water directly into the hole and see how it react. If it backs out..toliet is okay but pump assemblyis screwed up. Case 2 pump impeller assembly is restricted or jammed broken. Pump would enjoy to be removed....and inspected. This is what I would do. now you can snake the rest of the dischage vein after the pump. Case 3...u have an airleak some where on earth..ensure fittings are tight and not worn....Let me know how u make out..worthy luck
