Portable nouns condition is making room MORE humid.? So I picked up a portable air conditioner the other time....

So I picked up a portable air conditioner the other time. Its the Sharp CV-NH13 if that matters.

The entity is, it's making the room very immensely humid. The air get cold in the room, no problem at hand, but it's got to be 5 times more humid surrounded by that room than the unconditioned rooms in the rest of the house. It's not even humid outrside, freshly in this room.

It have a built in dehumidifier but, according to the brochure, does not cool if that mode is selected. Any hypothesis why it's doing this?
