Portable Dirt Devil Not Working? Tried cleaning house today and the thing wont work. All it does...

Tried cleaning house today and the thing wont work. All it does when plugged within and turned on is vibrate. Is within something wrong with the belt? Or have it finally gone and died?

Had it for about 2 years in a minute.

Can you identify this electrical outlet?
Answers:    Unplug the section,
Turn it over
Check the roller
Make sure there is nought hanging it up.
If you can, transport the roller out and clean adjectives inside and the brush itself.
Check the belt to make sure near are no cracks.
Make sure belt is centered.
If so, replace.
If you did all this, and it still doesn't work, it may enjoy gone to vacuum heaven.

Toss it, it is a throw away gadget anyway. They are effortless to replace.
