I have an underground pool, but the vacuum isn't working. I do everything properly, but when i try to put it into the hole for it to start vacuuming, it doesn't work.

When i stir to the pumps to fill the hose, it rises to the surface and the bubbles inaugurate to form. However, when i try to plug it in to it's hole, it doesn't fit! I've tried to switch the hose around, so that the vacuum is attached to the other side, but it still doesn't fit. Please bring up to date me what is wrong, and how to fix it ...

Answers:    you need to prime hose next to water formerly tryng to connect it to skimmer.you may need a diverter or threaded hose nouns at skimmer to attach to vauum hose cuff
