Does anyone have experience beside the pump for this pool. After spending the day nourishing it, my husband went out to start the pump, and the entire entry fell off. Now we enjoy lost a lot of hose, and he can't get it support on. The O ring keeps popping bad, and when he put the filter on, the filter pulled the O ring off also. Is near a magic trick to this?!?! HELP US!

Answers:    same piece happend to me, The black plastic ring that holds the motor on came rotten. It was stuck up lower than my filter. You can only turn the filter clockwise to remove it or put it on.

the hoses are supposed to be clamped onto the filter next to hose clamps-if it didn't come with it you can receive them at any hardware store, and they're cheap.
