i have an above-ground pool. i lowered the river level to below the skimmer and put on the winter cover. i own the bubble thing inside too (though it's past its sell-by date to one side). Is there something I enjoy to put over the skimmer and the return opening?
Answers: There is nought that you need to put over the return shot, a good perception would be to put a slice/ball/gate valve by the return spray and below the skimmer basket so when you steal off adjectives of your hosing and bring the filter and pump inside it will be easier next year within case a hose is leak you can shut off adjectives water flow. If you didn't put any chemicals contained by you may want to, such as 2 lbs sodium dichlor... and a 30% algaecide which is a winter algaecide. But if the cover is already on, don't worry just about it but as soon as the weather starts getting warm friendly up the pool with a defence to two cases of liquid shock.
I would also recommend the Frog Mineral Reservior System for maintain a low chlorine pool! It's great and they have a system for spas as all right!
Hope that was some comfort!
you should cover them with a plastic rubbish bag
