Answers:    I've see success near brass polish. However, first go through your stuff, and verbs out a crummy watch to testing your polish on first. Polishes vary within abrasiveness. Test yours on the cheap watch, and if it works OK, verbs to the Rolex.

You should take it to a jeweler. They enjoy buffing wheels beside jeweler's rouge and can do magic beside scratches. If you try to do it yourself, you may take home the scratched area worse by over buffing. It won't cost much.
