I have a house that I am renting in NC and I live surrounded by CA. The hot water faucet in the tub shower is leaking. I need to seize someone to fix it. What needs to be done and how much should I expect to spend? My tenants newly moved in and I want to solve it for them asap without breaking the dune. Thank you so much.
Answers: It sounds like it may just be the O ring on the hot dampen tap spindle. If not perhaps the integral assembly needs replacing, a simple job as it in recent times screws into the tap body. Turn the dampen off at the mains and contribute it a go yourself or call a plumber, any way it shouldn't break the bank.
that depends if you know how to do it it will probably cost around fifteen bucks depending on what is in actuality wrong with it. Its probably a seal or something thats gone out most are generic and you can find them at your adjectives hardware store (lows or home depot) If you don't know what your doing and have to call a plumber it will probably be over a hundred dollars
