Plumbing? Pressure build up contained by the pipes? What cause it...When the hose down hasn't be turned on for a while... or none of the toilets have be flushed, or the ice cube...
or none of the toilets have be flushed, or the ice cube architect hasn't been refill, it seem close to the pressure builds up so high that the subsequent time anything is turned on the water rushes out so nippy for a few seconds, next when the pressure is let bad it goes rear legs to normal....does anyone know what could be cause that?
Answers: It could be your pressure regulating valve or PRV. That is a devise that regulates the amount of pressure you hold in your home. On the street side it could be somewhere around 120 psi on the house side of a working PRV, it should be around 50 - 65 psi
Where I live any hose service higher consequently 80 requires a PRV
If yours is failing it could be allowing the pressure to creep up. and then when you turn on a faucet it relieves the pressure.
I would check the pressure beside a pressure gauge and/or in recent times change the PRV. It should be located implicit the main shut stale for your house.
Bad pressure regulator.
