I am purchasing a house with a plumbing issue. One of the sinks surrounded by a bathroom has a single toy with faucet. When you move it to the right no water comes out but when you move it to the departed it works. Is this something that can be easily fixed or is this something that will cost me plentifully of $ in the adjectives?
Answers: Look under the cabinet to be guaranteed both hot & cold are turned on..could be the problem..if not..You can usually find repair kit at Home stores for faucets..If you can read the name fine..if it have a part #..better..I hold had luck sometimes repairing one-handles..but not other. There is a cylinder piece inside with rubber "o" rings..that slides & turns beside the handle.
It shouldn't cost too much. I sounds approaching you could just loose change it out. if you know someone who can change it out consequently pay them to do it....It doesn't require a plumber.
Faucets can be bought at any home restructuring store. They range from $20- and up depending on the style you want.
