We are a family of 3 contained by a 3 bed n 2 baths home but anyways the problem is that the house gets too hot right in a minute we set the temp to 76 but it takes to long to turn sour and sometimes we just shut it down at hours of darkness cauze we cant sleep.............

Answers: When you go through the set up process, set it for similar to 6am for like 64 to 68 degree, during the day, if it is bright and sunny set it around 68 alow the sunlight to with ease heat the house, surrounded by the afternoon allow it to remain about like, at night set it to start around 10 pm at 64-67 degree and then contained by the early morning hours set it to around 64-67 degree. this allows the house to not get so stuffy. You may also invest within a small humidifier for the sleepiong areas, so that way you don't get up up stuffed up
I've always thought 72 be the correct temp. Try shutting the heat sour in your bed rooms and initial a window. If you hold on to the house cool, and wear a sweater, everyone will be more active and surface better.
