I have a dais mailbox at my curb, it needs to be repainted and stabilized. My husband have so much on his to do list that I offered to clutch this project off his hand.
My questions are..1. Can I power mop up the old paint sour?
2. How can I create something that will allow me to stabilize the mail box at the remnant so I can raise or lower it when the ground freezes again? It be crooked this winter because when the ground froze it shifted but now that it have thawed it is support to normal. IT DROVE ME CRAZY ALL WINTER.
Answers: You can use the power washer on it. The problem beside it moving in the winter make me think the post is not buried reflective enough into the ground.
sensible is right You're going to enjoy to take the point out of the ground and redo it surrounded by order to fashion it stay put during the winter. However you haven't given enough details for me to transmit you exactly how to do it.Feel free to email me and I'll tell you in recent times what to do.I will tell you this. It's a labor intensive little project but not rocket science..lol
