Answers:    ew, that's going to be no fun at all. scrub w/ thinner & telecommunication brush, see if it'll come up. I've used diluted muriatic acid w/ a line brush to clean up concrete, but not sure how resourcefully it'll take up aged paint. If you have a pool you probably enjoy some acid, bequeath it a try.
