Our Maytag Washer is acting weird..it say that the door is open, but it is locked when we try to unscrew it..we're not sure what to do because it's only a couple of years old-fashioned. We've tried unplugging it and just turning it on [it have clothes in it] and trying to draw from it to run, but it won't because the door it thinks the door is overt..any advice short of calling the store we bought it from?
