Our washing device is broken...it runs fine but all the clothes are still soaked when we embezzle them out...anybody know what is wrong with it and how to fix it?
It's a front loading wash machine
Answers: It sometimes depends on the christen brand but by your description of the problem most of the time we find that the drain pump is bad. On front loaders the pump is electric and not dependent on the drum spinning or belt turning it to turn the pump. If its lower than warranty call your local authorized service provider. If its out of warranty you can phone call the name brands customer service number, usually found on the model and serial label when you open the door, and they may be capable of walk you through some steps on diagnosing the problem. Most machines own a binary code system that allows you to self diagnose the machine. You may necessitate to call the tech dash to get the switch for the binary code though.
