Today our cold tap downstairs within the kitchen and outdoor tap stopped working, the hit turns without any resistance, but the hot one works categorically fine. Upstairs the bath and sink are fine and work short any problems.

whats wrong? is it easy to fix?
No mains dampen?

The hot and bath etc come from the cistern.

The water co enjoy dug up the street, had to switch bad the water. or some kids own switched off the sea for your house in the street (under the cover on the pavement)

The cistern will empty soon, next you will have no marine.
Check and see if the shut off spigot (found under the sink) is closed, turn it clockwise and that will get underway the valve to tolerate the cold water surrounded by. Your main dampen supply shut off spigot (usually in the basement) is noticeably fine because your other sinks are working fine,so leave that one alone. It could also be a faucet hitch. Phone the hardware store and ask for the plumbing dept. and tell them whats occurring and they may suggest something for you if its your faucet.

Good luck
Answers:    Check the valve connected to tap sea.
If you are not surte which valves is which. Check respectively one of them. See if any of teh valves be closed.
You sure know to determine when a valve is bad or on, yes?
Phone the water company up if you own checked the valves are unfold becouse they are always trying to stop leak holding all the traffic up. Then along will come the gas company and re-dig impossible to tell apart hole up and so on.(i feel better immediately i have get that of my chest)
