Opinion on Circuit Breaker Panel replacement/price surrounded by pre '70s home? I am looking to buy a single family house and own just...

I am looking to buy a single family house and own just have my home inspection today. The Inspector recommended further review by an electrician because of the following.

1. 4 "Double-taps" in the Curcuit Breaker Panel.
2. 1 or 2 Aluminum wires.
3. None of the outlets are GFCI and the inspector recommend they be replaced with GFCI outllets.

Also in that may not be enough free spots surrounded by the panel to move each double hit to it's own switch so I think we might hold to get a topical bigger panel.

What I am trying to find out before I own to go pay for to my lawyer to alter the contact is what can I expect to foot for an electrician to do this type of work? Also, would it hurt to just hold the entire house rewired? The house was built formerly all these computers and elevated powered gadgets. I dont want to be constantly tripping breakers.

Thanks!

Answers:    1. not much of a problem anymore near half sized breakers, (two surrounded by the space of one).
2. not sure where this is or how it is used, but aluminum chain is allowed in frequent places.
3. This too is not such a big deal to redeploy to GFCI recepts and they ARE allot cheaper than they were within the 70's.
so may not be much of a big deal, but you can mention it to possibly lower contract price to accumulate a few bucks
In my opinion, I would upgrade the complete electrical system if I really like the house. I'm not sure about the cost, but $3,000 - $4,000 doesn't nouns out of the question to me (might win it done for less).
