separate oil & gas tank - it run for a few minutes then quit. I realized my error and drained the grease tank. If I allow it to dry out will it work properly?
Answers: it probably siezed the engine--not good
drain and replenish with oil and present it a try, you really can't mess it up anymore than you have already---maybe youll be lucky and it will be ok
You may have shabby your engine if it quit on it's own. Introducing gas where oil should be will remove needed lubrication and cause extreme overheating. If it gets hot plenty it will cause scoring or warping of parts.
The correct news is these small engines are tough and it may be fine.
Add oil and start her spinal column up. If it runs you're set.
