I'm looking for some help beside websites that rate oil burners & furnaces. I am aware of energystar.gov (I've read adjectives the specs and how many BTU's I requirement, efficiency rating, etc...... & Consumer Reports.org. as very well as, the individual manufacturers websites. I also am aware of steel vs sort iron. I have found most of the forementioned sites to be of little help out.

What I'm looking for is either... a) sites that rate the product as far as reliability, durability & I don`t know what repairmen have to voice and yes price. If someone has have one installed recently I love to hear what you hold to say too... Thanks again !

Well I have one (oil) in a house I merely sold and mine just go! Also my furnace gave me boil and hot water so for 2 weeks it feel like I lived within a cave. I get 2 quotes not a big difference between the two but I spent $5600 and my house was somewhat over 900 sq ft. Because this was my first house beside oil grill I didn't know all the question to ask but I can tell you I wasn't innards up nearly as much as I was next to the old one! I sold the house nearly 2 months after I had the latest one installed but I could already tell a big difference.
