is off...temp contained by home is 73...this happens on a weekly spring..I manually turn the burner off...the repair men come...they enjoy replaced wires for thermostate, aqua stat box, and last time said they couldn't find anything wrong. After you turn the burner stale for several hours and turn it back on, it seem to stop the constant heating...consequently after it runs for a week or so, starts all over again. Heater is winter/summer hook up near 2 zones. When I am have this problem the circulator seems to constantly hum.
I'm having trouble beside your language. It sounds close to you have an grease fired boiler, but what do you mean "grease burner is constantly circulating"? An oil burner 'burns' - there's nought to circulate. Do you mean the grease pump constantly operates? Do you own a two line grease supply? Do you mean the boiler pump is constantly circulating?
Email if you craving.
Did they replace the thermostat? It could be your problem.
We requirement to replace ours because it was doing matching
thing but it is an elder style thermostat.
Answers: Hmmm..Sounds to me resembling you have solenoid operate valves contained by the system that open and close when warmth is called for. The circulator pump SHOULD run continuously within this case, and the valve should open and close on the thermostats. If you enjoy two zones, later you should have two thermostats.
Those zone valve have a encyclopaedia override on them so you can open them by paw, but if you do, they will be open forever and make happen continuous heat. Check them out. There is a small lever on the side where on earth the wires connect. If the lever is down, the valve have been manually overriden and it will supply constant boil to your house. Make sure that lever is in the adjectives position. (I think it might vote "Auto" and "Open" on the valve, manufacture sure it's in the "Auto" position.)
